Okurimono means gift in Japanese. It is the portrait of a young girl who, behind a golden glass, is waiting for someone to whom she will give roses. The wall in the background is decorated with graffiti and made with modelable acrylic paste and, with its urban touch, represents the modernity of the Land of the Rising Sun, which coexists with ancient traditions, represented, in this painting as in the whole series, by gold leaf.
The graffiti wall is textured with acrylic paste painted with oil colours.
Cm 80x100, ready to hang, 4-cm depth sides painted. Signed on its back with certificate of authenticity.
Verkoopprijs: € 1.700,00
